Sorry I should have been more specific. It's a man-made decorative mound with some type of vine-type brush. The bees seem to be able to burrow a hive into it without any difficulty. Spray and they're back in a week in a different spot. Little bastards.

we get some bees occasionally, unfortunately be so close to Mexico we have the africanized ones and they kill some animals and attack some people a few times a year out here.. Ive had to have people come out and remove them before.
