Yes everything is raw.
Bench I'd say slingshot work (works for everyone basically) and long pauses. These tend to train everyone well since you address the lockout and the initial press phase.
Deadlifts I'd say rack pulls and pause pulls, again almost everyone would agree with this.
The top end guys in my class tend to be like 5'5 lol.Licensed Medical Doctor
