    185x5

Then I put 2 plates on each side. (225) and did 1 rep. then I put on another 5lbs and rested a minute. Hit the rep and added another 5lbs and repeated till I hit 265 (my 1rm)

I added this all up and the total volume I got was 3805 in 11 sets (including warm up set)

    Edit.... (UPDATE)

I just went to the gym today and did this exact same workout as I did this monday but this time I did one more set (270x1) thats a new pr for me. I tried 270 this monday and couldn't get it. This helped me get through a plateau!!!

Nice but keep in mind warm up sets dont count in the volume and that you dont want to be maxing out all the time.

Maxing out = testing your strength.

You want to build your strength progressively through a well structured program.

What would you say are the top 2 accessory exercises for deads and bench for you personally? And are your picks relative to your own sticking points and build/biomechanics for the lifts, or is your frame and build fairly typical for your weight class?
    Yes everything is raw.

Bench I'd say slingshot work (works for everyone basically) and long pauses. These tend to train everyone well since you address the lockout and the initial press phase.

Deadlifts I'd say rack pulls and pause pulls, again almost everyone would agree with this.

The top end guys in my class tend to be like 5'5 lol.
