She's a complete germophobe. I swear she eats Purell.
I prefer to get my ass burning from other means.
I was just thinking that I'd do half a scoop tomorrow. Weird that this wouldn't happen until day 3.
If it's not gone by the time my workout's over, I may have to run to the drug store and get some.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

gotcha, i was just lazy and didnt see the ingredients..
I take Niaspan and have reactions that are similar now and then, my cardiologist recommends I take aspirin when it occurs to think the blood.. that may help, it certainly helps with a niacin flush which can be uncomfortable. When you're down by the sea and an eel bites your knee, thats a moray.

My first time:
This was before I joined Double-T. I get A LOT of supps to try from here. Double-T sent me theirs, I was like..MEH another NO and Creatine. NBD.
It sat in my office a few weeks before I decided might as well try this one.
*Didn't bother reading lables, just dose*
I took 6 NO Beta and CHUGGED two heaping scoops of Creadyl 20 min PRE WO.
First *tingles*
Then: OMFG!!! Red faced and the tingles turned in to ITCHES
Then..Ummm then I had to unleash everything that was unholy from my bowels.
Spents the remainder of Pre WO time reading the lables.
*fitty says dumbass to himself*
Redness passed in about 20 min.
Next Pre WO went much better. WAY Better!
So much better I joined the Double-T team as this is the first Creatine product I have EVER seen gains from!Psalm 121

~Day 3: Squats~
Squat Day
ATG Squats: 105x8x3
Last week was the first time I added these in over 3 years. I'm babying a messed up MCL, but I could definitely add more weight. +10 from last week.
Squats: 155x8x2; 135x8
After the first set of these my thighs were tingling and jumpy. Felt great.
BB Split Squats: 95x8x3
Too easy. Need to add weight next week.
Walking DB Lunges: 20x12x3 (each leg)
The thigh pump was crazy good at this point.
Weighted Decline Crunches: 25x20x3
The way the bench is made I have to really use my legs to stay on. I'll be doing these off the side of a flat bench from now on.
Notes: I felt good today, even with the no-carb thing. The burning and redness went away very quickly after downing some aspirin (Thanks Mo for the suggestion). I was still really hot for this workout, but no more sweaty than normal. The last stack I used that was similar (Epic Nutrition's stuff) got me really sweaty. I liked the sweat, but this is probably better given that I workout during my lunch hour and have limited time to get ready after.
Also, my DOMS this week have been negligible. This makes me happy. <---Happy face.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

Yeah. I like it better, and I'm trying to be a role model for the hubby. He's doing well, but he cheated yesterday and Tuesday both! He had a beer on Tuesday. When his log starts, that shiits got to stop.
IT took me closer to 30-35 minutes.
After you do a few cuts, it just isn't that hard anymore.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1
