School is keeping me busy, so here's some update from lifting

Lat pull 70kg x 8
Legs
Squat 110kg x 2 2 2 3 (-> might deload this soon to 100kg)
Front squat 80kg x 5 5 5 5 (deloaded this, easy)
Push today

High rep squats are killing me, front squats for 5 reps = oh my! That's why I didn't even try 110kg for 4 reps, instead hopped on 112.5kg. Plan is to fight my way through to 120kg squat then deload to 110kg for 5 reps and work form. If you want MMC just do towel rows. Mike Chang says they are great for back. Not srs
Are you trolling? Why dont you listen advices that you were given? You are doing 22,5kg incline db press for over a month. The only thing that has improved is your squat and thats all. And dont think that you know everything just because your squat went up quickly.
Meadey gave you a great routine, you ignored it.
Somebody told you to do pull ups first and at the END of the workout pulldowns.
I hope i wasnt to harsh but you have to change something if you want to improve

Original plan was to do 3 sets of 5 and then bang out 6 or 7 reps on last set as first set felt fairly easy. But unfortunately it started to get very tiring as the sets ran by and by last set which I got video of, 6 reps would've probably been fail haha, I felt like my depth was much better on the first and second set. Next time going to film them for video of better depth
Same with front squats, plan was to do 3 sets of 4 and last set 5 or so. But same story here haha
Hope the depth is better now, felt much better in legs as well and felt like they were working so much more when going for better depth! Quad pump was pissening at least and pretty much felt like the best leg day of 2014 haha. Only problem is I don't know how to contact my glutes or hammies during squats, front squats or paused squats but oh well, at least I get them working in SLDL
