Oh everyone saw. I simply laughed shook my head, got up and then proceeded to clean the weight haha.
I didn't do a ton of reps with the Deadlifts, so it didn't do much aside from fatigue my lower back a tiny bit.
Sometimes I need a heavy ass lift to prime me for the olympic lifts.
It's why I tend to squat before snatches and cleans most days.
Once I am actually lifting some heavy weight I won't be doing it though.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

Squats n stuff
Started off with snatches then a few rounds of the shankle complex plus rows.
The did squats.
Worked up to 315x5. +2 reps from last week.
Probably had 6-7 in me.
Then did a back off set of 225x12.
Could have done 15-16.
Not bad for how this week has gone.
2 weird short terms goals. I want to get to 315x10+ and then do a 20 rep 2 plate squat.
Then I want to do a 3 plate 20 rep squat at some point.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

First off, I appreciate the fact that there haven't been 10 pages of updates since I was last on here, haha. I only went back three pages so maybe I missed it, but any details on the move? What type of place? Great view.
Jealous of the casual 3 plate squats."Making my own luck" towards a 1000 pound total:

Haha didn't feel too casual during it and your squats are progressing quite nicely!
We moved into a new 1 bedroom downtown. Nothing crazy fancy. There is a nice big pool, hot tub, and a serviceable gym if I need to get some quick work in.
A smith machine I will only use for chinups, but there is a flare bench so if I wanna sneak in some deads I could.
Right next to BC Place and Rogers Arena downtown. I luckily have a 5 minute drive to work. Unlike New York most things in vancouver are close together so I rarely have had to commute much for work.
It's also dog friendly so no more hiding the pup haha.
If you look up spectrum towers vancouver you can see some photos of the complex.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.
