Stuff you do not see: Menthol and camphor all over my back and shoulders...I am in pain atm will not be lifting for awhile. Tried 610 and it was...ugly real ugly. Shoulder went to poo during that and the following lift lol. You can tell in this video how due to my shoulders acting up I was lopsided. Ahh well.

You are 17 with a 400+ You can achieve much higher numbers. That is beastmode. I remember when I was 17 my max was around 225 lol

It would be hard to judge how far down can an individual can go. But yeah, not everyone would have the flexibility to go that low to be truthful, so it's unlikely

The other day some friends I were goofing off with those....ahh what do you call them? pistol squats? where you go down with one leg and one leg out infront of you? Like a one-legged atg squat lol. Getting one plate proved to be a challenge hehe.

Best way would be to get 3 judges. Either all 3 have to sign off on the lift or at least 2/3 have to sign off on it, since ATG is a tricky subject.

lol don't even think I can even pistol squat a plate. I had a hard time doing it with just a 25LB dumbbell..

You are a beast! That ratio is amazing! You should do state shows you will win. That 605 may have looked easy but I tried 610 and it fell all over me lol. I strained the shoulder during that lift so I am going to be on the mend for a few weeks.
