Hi John, I placed in 3rd. Rather disappointed with myself at some aspects. And no, I'm not being hard on myself. But I want to finish off strong this season. Might look into doing a natural show as well. But next show is in October. And I have my eyes on the prize this time. Besides, I'll be reentering the Juggernaut Challenge so it should be fun. I told my trainer that I want to take a week off, only doing cardio and abs at that time to keep me sane. But my body's really tired and want to shut down some times. So a little rest won't hurt

Which gets me to another point that I think having a log with no head-smashing workouts isn't very fun to look into. So I'll sign up for the challenge next week instead. I'm already planning out how I'll be doing my logs, diets, and training sessions though. So something to look forward to

To join the J-force (the Juggernaut version of the Marvel comics X-Force)....

Anyone who;
A) Is positive, and will help motivate, and inspire others
B) Has finished a 12 week I AM JUGGERNAUT challenge (that shows their dedication, by having gone a full 12 weeks, and can join anytime after they finish a 12 week Juggernaut challenge)
C) Has a superhero name like rumblebird, Mr.360, etc. (If you do not have one, create one, or someone else will for you)
D) Uses Juggernaut and other Infinite Labs products
E) Works hard in the gym or wherever, pushing it to their physical limits

Well as long as you are enjoying it matters big tme. I thought you looked great. Yes you had a stumble the last week getting hurt but you will do better next time I am sure so cheer up rest up and then step to the metal for the next conquest.

Getting ready for it, as you can see Took a week off from training so unless everyone's interested in how to do the stepmill or ride a bike or go on a treamill, it doesn't make sense to enter til I hit it hard again. Can't wait to see what my training would be like for my last show of the season

*TIPS ON STAYING HYDRATED, YOUR PROGRESS DEPENDS ON IT
Drinking water will very from person to person, activities, perspiration rate, food intake and so on. They say that The average person needs about two liters, or approximately eight glasses, of water a day to replace what is lost through normal biological functions like breathing, sweating, and urinating.
When talking about hydration for training goals, if you aren't consistent with your diet, rest, sleep and WATER intake you will find it very difficult if not impossible to work out how hard/how much/ how often you will need to train for optimum growth as your recuperative ability will fluctuate along with your diet etc.
It's essential that you drink water for health and building muscles. Without enough water, your muscles are not getting enough electrolytes. Muscle strength and control are weakened. If you want to build muscle, than you must keep your body well hydrated, (try to avoid hydrating beverages that have added sugar.) well if the normal person is recommended to take in about 8 glasses a day, then i would say at least 12 to 14 (again depending)..what i usually try and drink is about a liter per meal....
Being hydrated can also helps out with the lubrication of your joints. Water is an ingredient in the makeup of the synovial fluid, which is the lubricating fluid between your joints
If you don't replenish after exercise, your performance on the following days will suffer. besides, the more water you drink, the more it pushes out, (alleviate water retention)
CAUTION;
The signs and symptoms of serious dehydration;

Increased thirst
Dry mouth and swollen tongue
Weakness
Dizziness
Palpitations (feeling that the heart is jumping or pounding)
Confusion
Sluggishness fainting
Fainting
Inability to sweat
Decreased urine output
Urine color may indicate dehydration. If urine is concentrated and deeply yellow or amber, you may be dehydrated.
