M.E. Life throws a bunch of **** at you, and you gotta deal with it....
left knee, injured, possible tear, feels like a tear. Went through workers comp (first mistake) b/c it happened at work, workers comp doc took an XRAY!, of a soft tissue injury...riiiight.
anywho, have prescription naproxen, and a muscle relaxant, a follow up appointment (for more nothing...) and a physical therapy scrip for 3x a week for two weeks starting february 1.

i'm guessing since I've already had two partial lateral menisectomies on my left knee, that i've torn my lateral meniscus again...hopefully its just some fraying and some fluid and it can be dealt with by some physical therapy and perhaps a cortisone shot.Originally Posted by taruggis

Do you know any AT's that could preform some tests on you? Usually meniscus injuries are pretty easy to find.

Bill how did you train when it came to in-season rugby? Right now i have everything split up to try and get the most recovery (mainly legs) but I do DE lower on Fridays and the ME lower on Sundays, i feel like that may not be the best option.
