Work definitely can mess with training but its definitely beneficial in many ways. I am sure you will definitely reach your goals. Personally even those most of us hate waiting, the longer it takes me to achieve something it feels amazing once it happens! keep it up man! And congrats on that job again!

Ok, so you may have noticed that I didn't do leg day last week! Yes, I did blow it off but I just ran out of time with the new job and finally getting caught up on some much needed yard work! With that said, I am in week three of the 5/3/1 and got a new PR for the day! 20 days left on the cut and pretty happy with my progress!

Day 65:
Thoughts of the Day:
Did a mock meet today, 167 RAW, and got some decent results. Wanted to get a better idea of where i was at. Went well with Squats, last rep was a grind. Bench last rep was easy, definitely can get 260 paused. Deadlifts were **** lol, the 425 was cake, 505 was an inch maybe and that was it. My fast went 15 hours so i think that probably played a large role in just running out of gas at the end but i know im good for 480 right now.
I also did this over 40 mins, which obviously isnt how a meet is ran lol

OK, so this post is actually for yesterday since I had to do a morning workout before going to work (I like saying I went to work!) I did not make my prescribed weight for 5/3/1 on the deadlift but I did make 2 new PR's for back! I am so proud of the progress I have made this cycle!

Morning workout before work brah checking in!!!
Man, i will be honest. Working out in the morning before work is the absolute best thing you can do!
Pros: You end up getting to work earlier.
You are in 5th gear and are already knocking stuff out before people are even getting there.
Sleep like a baby at night.
More time in the evenings to spend time with family, and be productive.
Cons: Bedtime is now 9 pm.Cutting now ....
