Took the team to a meet today, and got 1st place for women's team. Also my only male lifter today weighed in at 94.8...competed in a stacked 105 division, and took third, lol.

Has anyone ever had any experiences with minor wrist/finger injuries whereby its slightly uncomfortable to assume the clean/front squat position? Somehow I have gotten this in my right wrist and right middle finger where its uncomfortable to bend them back, I don´t know where it appeared from but now its here. I think I have had this before but it somehow went away by itself but as I am really anxious to hit the weights hard, does anyone know how to speed up the recovery?

use the same belt for 6+ years and you get used to it, i see people use pl belts without the buckle that are same thickness but pronged all the time, and you probably have as well.
