If you have a lot of acid, use balig soda, if you aren't using really acidic ingredients like buttermilk, use baking powder
For every 120g flour,
5-7g baking powder
OR
3/8t baking soda
Brownies are different tho, the objective isn't to make them rise, so you can probably skimp on the leavening agent. I like to do about half as much as I need.AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

So do I. Here's the recipe if you want:
1/4 cup rice flour
8 eggs
1 1/4 cup cheese (I used full-fat mixed Mexican blend cheese) (140g)
1 cup yogurt (227g)
Stir fried veggies of choice (broccoli and onions) and spices of choice (I used salt, black pepper, bit of garlic, and some parsley)
Cook your veggies lightly on pan, whisk your eggs in a big bowl with cheese and yogurt and flour, and then add veggies.
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 375 F.

another good quiche recipe is this:
http://www.pauladeen.com/recipes/rec...pinach_quiche/
pretty macro friendly even though it's paula deen, pretty much can do in your fat intake for the day with ease... I used different cheeses when i made it and it came out really well, really cheesy if you're into "cheesy" tasting things"Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody else expects of you.
