I would have lol'd if it wasn't for the injury happened me last night at work; an inch long cut on upper side of my long finger. Squat day at monday, I can do workaround there, but how am I going to deal with rest of exercises..

I leave town and no lifting going on in hurr? I went in and did about 200 reps of face pulls, a bunch of chin ups, and a run at some poundstones today at the gym. Have a date with the spa tomorrow and going to have them work on my left glute exclusively for about 3 hours to get me ready for lots of squatting upon my return.

It's Getting better but the swelling is at the top joint and I can't close it completely. May try straps to see but it's kinda ghey unless I'm using them to lift a car
