    I just dont get the point of no-calorie pb. the reason us bodybuilders eat pb is for healthy fats. why would you cut out a BBing staple for essentially nothing?

    same reason there is low-calorie anything. too many calories will make you fat, whether its a healthy staple food or not.

    the idea is good, the execution was a big failure.

    I've tried this in my cottage cheese and my proatmeal...thumbs up!

    Only 45cals per two tablespoons. You can use almost 10 tablespoons worth for the 200cal equivalent of a serving of peanut butter.

    The Walden Farms PB seemed like a good idea when I was on RFL. Even in a state of massive deprivation I couldn't stomach that horrible crap, however.

    well honestly artificial flavors can be very hazardous to your health. but if done excessively. My opinion is to stick to the natural stuff. if you cant fit it into you macros try pb2. 45 cals for 2 tablespoons and legit ingredients
