change the format to catch they eyes. Think of it as the cover of your book.. you want it to get the readers attention and stick in their memory

Consider adding a red accent piece (srs).

My resume looks and reads amazing and i always get calls on it and compliments for "thinking outside of the box"

Networking is overrated for people with good skills/education srs. Answer my question, how many jobs are you applying to daily and how long have you been looking?

You either just started your search and aren't applying to enough jobs or just trolling the misc. There's no way you can't get a job over 70k

I've also talked to several staffing agencies but they don't really have much entry level positions.
Really interested in quant analysis work but I have weak maths backgrounds and experiences.

2months isn't long, recruiters are slow as chit and most haven't even gotten around to looking at your resume srs. Do 10+ applications in a day with a nice cover letter, you'll have a balling job in 2 more months probably. I wouldn't entertain any offers under 60k unless you are desperate for cash.
