Bleh, Im so tired of eating bad!
I'm gonna try (...try.) to get up in the morning and run atleast half amile before getting ready for school. this would be on off days that I don't have football practice.
Today:
Breakfast:
1 packet oatmeal
1 package poptarts
Lunch:
Small container of some sort of noodles and meat.... it's school lunch what can I say?
Baked apples
Half a potatoe
Milk
roll
Dinner:
Burgerking Chicken meal (burger, fries, coke.)
something else:
bow of Campells Chicken Noodle soup
Few bites of Peanut butter.
I'm out of control
However, my Mom did say we are going to the store soon....so I plan on getting alot of healthy things so I can start eating better and taking my lunch.
Workout:
3x8
Incline
Bench
We had squats and cleans today, but I was sick to my stomache and was afraid I'd shat myself, lol. No agility or running at practice today, we went to the front of the school to help spread mulch and some other various yard work for the school.
All in all I've had a terrible day, really looking forward to getting on track!

I came across transcendental/******t music a few weeks ago and it has changed my life for the better, I am more relaxed and things in general seem so much better. I still listen to the most hardcore things I can find when lifting, but I listen to meditative music all other times now. The artist who composes teh song in teh link, I have come to find is the best out there. I hope someone listens to it and soaks it in and enjoys it.

You guys can't be serious?
Come on, that transcendental stuff MAKES me want to kill someone. Definitely not a stress reliever. Plus, I kinda like the angry Tony.
Seriously, I can't take it, but to each his (her) own.Live Free or Die.
If he's big Tony, then who the hell am I? Oh-you're BigBigTony.
It was time to change the sig, so I did.

4-18 Workout
I didn't feel like driving to my gym today, so I went to the one on campus... It's lacking in a lot of free weight equipment (don't even have a decline situp bench), but I made due with what they had for today.

DB Side Laterals:
25x10, 30x10
DB Shrug:

Rear Cable Laterals:
(New one for me... Gotta get the feel for it)
20x10, 10x15
Incline Prone DB Shrug
(Another new one, should've went heavier)
45x10, 45x20
Ab Crunch Machine:
150x30x2
Back Extension Machine:
200x10, 300x20, 350x30
Lying Leg Raises:
BWx10x3
Standing Plate Twists:
45x30x3
10 Minutes Stretching.
Notes:
I've been jogging around 6.5mph for the warm-ups and the last minute or so at 7mph... Went 1:30 @ 7mph today. Will slowly start bumping that up more and more. Also need to get back to running outside... I've got two weeks before this school year is over and things are really hectic. I'm still having to workout because I'll go crazy and shoot someone if I don't (it's my stress reliever!).=====================

Where do you workout at that has dumbbells that go up that high? Because I don't know too many gyms that have 145 pound dumbbells, lol.

Man, tonight was amazing. Went to my Student-Faculty basketball game, got lots of looks from all the girls there, bought some raffle tickets, watched an azming game, and finally got to drive on my own. I felt so pimp. Then, afterwards, my friend and I decided to go to the gym. So I did weights for about a half of an hour then the elliptical for 5 minutes, then we got some Subway, came back to my house to shoot hoops, and then I took him home. It was the most fun I've had in awhile and I never once really felt self - conscious.
Lots of exercise in, too. Tomorrow, hopefully hitting the park to run some routes to work on my Tight End work, then maybe hit the courts for some basketball. My morale is soaring right now and I feel really good about myself for some reason. Really an indescribable feeling.
I just checked myself in the mirror, which is kind of a mistake after eating like an hour and a half ago, but wow. I really notice how I am thinning out, and how I am becoming less round. It is so great to see that my mind and my body is benefitting from all of these changes I have made. Also noticing more muscle and better speed and endurance.
Wow, here's the next great American novel, but man I need to get this outtttt.

Ain't it so? It seems like yesterday I was sitting in homeroom of the first day of Junior year at 220 pounds. But now I'm 177 and it's beautiful every day of the week, and everything pretty much is great now.

I have a regular meditation practice and, for me, it helps to have something other than just the house noise/kids etc. to listen to If I'm listening to music for musics sake, I prefer something nice and heavy, but if I'm using something for a meditation aid, particularly with the intent of stress relief? It's gotta be something tranquil

You can see a dumbell with some 10's on it in teh left hand corner. I have had the weight bench for 11 years, I wouldnt mind buying a brand ne wone just like it. But this one is nostalgic...lol Well, time for my walk, I would have been doing it already, I work 3-11 and usually walk from 11:15p to midnite, but it is raining and it wont stop. Looks like I will be getting a shower with my cardio..lol I dunno if anybody will be on when I get back, but I will be back in about an hour.

Alittle advice
I've got a son almost your age. He'll be 15 soon. So let me give you some advice-enjoy this time of your life. These memories will stay with you for the rest of your life. It is outstanding what you've accomplished to make these memories even better. Next year when you're an all conference WR, the girls won't be able to get enough of you.
As my little bolster of support, let me say, you seem to be wiser than most adults i know. You've taken control of your life and done an excellent job. If you continue to attack life the way youhave been, you'll go far. Congrats.
Now go to bed, you've got school tomorrow.Live Free or Die.
