Took my wife to see Transformers yesterday and was glad I went! We will see HP this weekend probably, then capt. america, and then I need to catch her up with X-men. Great summer so far for movies! I can't wait to see Immortals in Nov. and Conan in Aug.

Took me all morning to go through this log I had to read the 500 crunches part a few times, weather you list it as 500 or break it down to 125 X 4 it is still killer!!

This is NOT a good ss. I didn't really think about this being two pull exercises. It really killed my numbers. Oh well....Lift and Learn.

Lateral Raises ss w/ Reverse fly's ss w/ front Delt raises
