Had our corporate wellness screening today.

Heart rate, Blood pressure and waist were all within the acceptable range, but i had a BMI of 31.

To get my benefit dollars i have to join weight watchers or a similar company-sponsored program. Stupid BMI chart.

Whatever i choose is worth $250 towards my insurance cost.

edit: if my lipid panel is good, i'll see if i can just skip this mess. I wonder if taking MP Battle Fuel will affect that at all ?
