    My calorie total is at 1379 and im probably done eating for the day. I started a high fiber diet again. Man does it make a difference in how full you get. I had 31 grams of fiber today.

    91.2 kg today for me. 600 grams loss pretty disappointing since my eating has beeeeeeeeeeeeen clean , everything weighed out and def under maintenance.

    Im still trying to figure out how my hourly calorie burn went from 89 an hour to 82 an hour with my body bugg and realized I havent cleaned the sensor in a very long time. Hopefully that brings my burn to normal or closer to normal.

    I thought it might be my thyroid at first but I had that checked and I also took in a quality iodine supplement just in case but no change.

    148.8lbs for a 0.8lb loss! I'll DEFINITELY take that! Hell, I'd take a 0.1 loss just to see something other than 149.6lbs!

    Sooo happy to get through that damned plateau. Hopefully I'll keep this up for the next two weeks and get down to my goal of ~147.

    Weighed in at 184.6, for a gain of almost 3 lbs.

    Went to McDonalds a little too often this week, wasn't at a calorie surplus for the week but I have a sheeeeiiiitt tonne of sodium. I'm confident that it's all water retention Going to up my cals from 1900 to 2k a day this week and try not to eat so much sodium. Been pinned down with uni work the last week so I've been eating whatever's convenient :/ 3 weeks off now though and it couldn't have come at a better time. Need to nail the last few weeks of this cut.

    I hear that! On the other hand I have to remind myself that I am not 20 any more. This week in my Kinesiology class we played soccer and when I turned on the jets to stop a play towards my teams goal I got a bad hamstring pull.     man Im still sitting around the 175ish and 176 area. I also noticed I lost a bit of fat off my love handles and my arm's vascularity is coming in.. Im still holding up a lot of water weight. Im also taking in way more fiber than I usually do cause my fiber intake is so low.... The gas is unbelievable lol. But anyways I had a major refeed into a surplus today. Probably over 500G+ i didnt track but next week's refeed Ill track it. That 700-1000 calories worth of cereal was great
