Im still trying to figure out how my hourly calorie burn went from 89 an hour to 82 an hour with my body bugg and realized I havent cleaned the sensor in a very long time. Hopefully that brings my burn to normal or closer to normal.
I thought it might be my thyroid at first but I had that checked and I also took in a quality iodine supplement just in case but no change.

189.8 lbs for the week loss of 2.8 lbs. Not sure how I'm dropping such big amounts. Going to a NCAA outing tomorrow at a local bar and grill and will eat some goodies (Fried foods etc) lol. After that I will probably bump my calories up next week depending how I do at tomorrows cheat.
Rebooted 2/24/2015: 286 lbs
Started at 317 lbs in Feb 2012 Ended 172.2 in October 2013.

162.4 this week.. no weight change again, just looking leaner... really weird i must say..
although last night was mcmenamins beer and lots of bread products LOL so that might have something to do with it

Weighed in at 184.6, for a gain of almost 3 lbs.
Went to McDonalds a little too often this week, wasn't at a calorie surplus for the week but I have a sheeeeiiiitt tonne of sodium. I'm confident that it's all water retention Going to up my cals from 1900 to 2k a day this week and try not to eat so much sodium. Been pinned down with uni work the last week so I've been eating whatever's convenient :/ 3 weeks off now though and it couldn't have come at a better time. Need to nail the last few weeks of this cut.
Congrats on the losses guysI fart every time I deadlift. No idea how loud either cos of headphones. Fuark.

159.2 today. Was 166.4 monday after the binge. Gained a pound from last weigh in I guess? doubt it though since I've been on a 1000 calorie deficit daily and was the same weight for 5 days prior to the binge blehhhh. Atleast I'm going down again and not up

I hear that! On the other hand I have to remind myself that I am not 20 any more. This week in my Kinesiology class we played soccer and when I turned on the jets to stop a play towards my teams goal I got a bad hamstring pull. I was going to beat the 20 year old "in shape" kid on the ball too until twang I was done. Now I am limping. Damn competitive spirit!

man Im still sitting around the 175ish and 176 area. I also noticed I lost a bit of fat off my love handles and my arm's vascularity is coming in.. Im still holding up a lot of water weight. Im also taking in way more fiber than I usually do cause my fiber intake is so low.... The gas is unbelievable lol. But anyways I had a major refeed into a surplus today. Probably over 500G+ i didnt track but next week's refeed Ill track it. That 700-1000 calories worth of cereal was great
