who's mad i c&j 275lbs 4 workouts in a row, this last one it felt like 245 (which is... easy) and my drop speed fkn rox now since i trained my traps to pull me under fast.

thx i did do many great things today.. some very solid technique work then back squats + dips.. feeling good about myself right now

and GL with the wisdom teeth.. i had mine pulled probably 3 years ago.. your mouth will be numb for the rest of the day and a bit achy tomorrow but you'll pull through :P

I remember the day i got mine done it was in the morning.. then i spent the rest of the day lying down on the couch and i Watched the ENTIRE matrix trilogy from start to finish... lulz

hey guise, had a real bad day at work today totally drained, yesterday I had skin cancer removed from my leg they had to cut twice to get it all out, said I shouldn't lift for 3 weeks did power snatches and over head squats this morning

was supposed to do snatches so yea I compromised.

It is very addictive!

On a sh!ttier note, a few weeks back I got into a car accident, spent about $600 to fix and paint the car. Here in the US you also get a ticket that you need to pay if the judge finds you guilty and basically you go to traffic court and unless you were an ass to the cop that gave you the ticket, he'll either not show up or ask the case be dismissed.

My cop didn't show up so when they said my name in the courtroom they said case dismissed and I was like YAY! but then all of a sudden behind me is the bitch that I crashed into comes up as a witness to the accident... next thing I know I get slapped with a $198.50 fine and I need to take a 4 hour traffic school class.

oh man what a spiteful bitch... it's nto even in her favour to have you fined... i dont understand people like that. justice is so warped in our countries

Sorry to hear this, some people just like to be spiteful and hurt other people. I hope you'll just get through this and be a better person than her.

On top of that my insurance payed for ALL of her damage. Then she sued my insurance for $10,000 for 'medical bills' and won... Then she shows up to the ticket case to make sure I get the ticket.

I do believe that bad people get theirs.

im supposed to have the day off cuz of my wisdom teeth but my cat wakes me up at 4am and im hungry as fuk cuz all ive eaten is russian bear mixed w/ milk, a milkshake w/ protein isolate, pudding and yogurt. i have no calories

russian BEAR, not beer lol. i dont drink at all, ever. i kno rite, bein a marine and everything.
its a calorie supplement. o and my teeth stopped bleeding overnight entirely, so theyre okay but ache

this is me right out of the oral surgeon, that IV anesthetic they give you is fking awesome. i dont remember anything and i was suuuuuuuper drowsy for like 1.5 hours. couldnt even walk out of the building or into my house

WOW, you were zoning.

last time I had one pulled they did it in the dentist office not the oral surgeon and he didn't give enough of the anesthetic, I could feel the whole thing! I kept trying to tell him but he kept pulling!!! finally he stopped and said it's impacted your going to have to go the surgeon, so I left with mt tooth partially pulled and in pain had to wait 3 days before I saw the surgeon.

What a night mare that was.
