Hi guys,
Incredibly motivating thread, so many incredible changes!
My 4 Months progress, happy with finally after so many years getting the right mind set to get the ball rolling!
Diet still needs to get to a solid level of consistency, but big improvements have been made and this is a marathon not a sprint

Starting weight was around 63kg (like this since 18 really) however at point of Body space measuring i was at 70kg (Aug 2015) and now at 76.8kg (last check in which was about a week ago) which is just under 170lbs.
Diet isn't ideal, however I'm consistently eating clean more through habit than anything else. I'd say calorie wise I range from 2k to 4k, but have been drinking two shakes of ON Serious Mass before/after training, along with all of Animal supps (Test, Stack, Amino etc)
The next step is do a proper food diary and get a much stronger consistency, now that the training is solid.
As for routines, I have a full time PT so I'd have to speak with him to get an idea of the exact workouts, however it varies consistently, mostly consisting of Compound excersies with Cable flys for chest (only thing I found to actually really hit the chest hard). Training 4 times a week, 2x Upper, 2x Lower.

63kg and now 71kg
when i started i was 63 kg i trained for about 7 months 6 days a week and went to 75kg with 7% body fat but hurt my shoulder and moved towns and had 5 months off and went back down to 64kg and now have trained for the last 6 months and got up to 71kg so far

Low T/disablity dude progress...
Made my recent 6 year progress video... didnt make a lot of gainz this year because health was to bad and I was in the hospital a lot, but thats life.. But for what its worth heres my video for it..
Ive had a lot of health problems through out my life... tumors, diffuse scleroderma, arthritis, sjogerns, hashimotos thyroditis, lymes, asthma, crohns, chronic migraines, cluster headaches, blah blah i could go on and on lots of bad luck.

Hello everybody this is my 11 months transformation , i started lifting first january 2015 and here i am full ectomorph , at first i was at 110 lbs 6,60 , now i'm at 149 lbs approximatively (cuz im small) , my main goal is to be at something like 166lbs with less than 12% bodyfat , hope i can reach it any opinion ?

Key is to build an environment that pro actively encourages you to reach your potential. Whether that's utilizing a Personal Trainer, Friends who train, Bodyspace on here (whereby you can be part of a motivating Group) or a mix of everything, create that space and it'll positively force you to make those life habits (eating/training) that'll get you to your goals
This community is rife with great people who I'm sure would be happy to have a chat and get your head in the right place to kick start things
