Some things were effecting my training and hopefully with a new up coming schedule and training in later in the day will help that out.
I guess I had my blinders on with the staggered stance thing. I just always read and watched vids on how you never want to staggered stance your set up. But I was wrong and admit wrong
Thanks bro.
I put money on it being a girl lol.

Hopefully....
Still 24 hours in a day. If you cannot make the time now, what makes you hopeful that it will change in the future? If you live paycheck to paycheck with $30k/year....you will likely do the same with $60k. Same applies to making time for anything in a day. Make it happen, don't "hope" for it.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

It will happen hence why i'm changing when I work out. If I wanted it to hopefully happen I would keep the same training schedule I have hoping I can get my workout in uneffected.
Will it be perfect going forward? Sh!t IDK but this is the best way I know to remedy the scenario so I can train. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

6/3/14 Squat session # 2
This session was brutal. After the second rep on my 2nd set @ 330 I thought I was going to puke or pass out. You can see it on my face before I go for my third rep. I just told myself not to bish out and pushed forward. I didn't think i'd get my 3rd set in @ 335 but it felt strong.

Wade asked we to hit depth with Ant's PR after he questioned mine so here it is
I had to edit the audio so it and for some reason I couldn't sync it up right but now its like a bad kungfu movie which makes me laugh more. My only regret is that I didn't do it with a staggered stance

Glad I could help
It wasn't the plan. I couldn't get my entire squat workout done yesterday morning so I just finished the rest when I got off work. Not ideal but I couldn't let the work go unfinished.
I feel beat up today. I've been having this issue with my left shoulder/upper trap area. I constantly get a tingling sensation in that area. Not sure what it is.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Dear Diary,
So this is my rant after this morning's sh!tty decline bench work. If you don't want to read my complaining I understand but this is just a way to vent my frustration.
This morning's decline called for a repeat of last weeks decline work. The work was suppose to be 295, 300, 305 for 6 reps @ 285x8. It wasn't happening to day. I started with 295 and just knew this weight wasn't going to move going forward and racked it after my 2nd rep. The weight just felt heavy and my body wasn't wanting to move it.
I just dropped the weight for 3 static sets @ 225 and didn't even bother for the set of 8 reps.
So this leads me into my rant and frustration with the decline bench. I'll probably catch flack for this but just wanted to speak my mind.
Ever since working with Wade i've hated the decline. I've voiced this to Wade several times and then just rolled with the programming after a sh!tty workout. Today though that feeling of displeasure came back and really has me thinking if there are other ways to assist my comp bench press.
Now one of the main reasons I dislike the decline bench is due to the discomfort i'm experiencing, primarily in my left shoulder and upper trap/back area. Now I mentioned this a couple posts up but this has been an ongoing issue. Now it's evolved into a tingling sensation through out the day and just overall shoulder/trap discomfort.
Now how can I isolate this just to the decline bench? Well ever since I started to decline bench i've experienced this feeling but more so now at this point in time. Wade states that the decline isn't a movement for pleasure and comfort and I understand that. But at this point i'm fed up with the decline. If this was just a rant after 1 sh!tty bench workout I would just say "ok it's just a sh!tty workout so whatever". At this point it's an on going feeling.
IMO there are other ways to bring up one's bench that doesn't involve the decline bench. Talking to another coach on my ******** they share this same thought as well. Now yes i've set PRs with my comp bench but at the same time the issue i'm having physically and mentally with decline isn't worth it to me.
This isn't any knock on the programming Wade uses for the decline and what he's after. I just feel after 1 year + since doing this movement i'm ready to just drop it completely and see if there are other ways to incorporate other methods to assist in my bench.
