Tis the start of a great time of year....Month and a half of boring ass basketball mixed in with a few good matchups, followed up by two and a half months of ok basketball, followed up by the best 5 weeks of hoops all year.

East Lansing??? I would comment, but I think Tues game will once again show that great freshmen don't beat great upperclassmen. However, my gosh, our talent is unbelievable. Julius Randle may be the best player I've seen in a long time.

Along with the rest of our good players. Carolina basketball has been really disappointing the past few years. I'm not the idiot fan that gets pissed because we don't win it all every year but I think we should at least be a yearly contender.

I mean, dem Tarheels are going after that 5 star/blue-chip talent. Cannot expect that to stick around that long. Hard to build a consistent team that way. Gotta go for the lesser recruits that will stick around and fit well into your concept.

On a serious note, I'm pretty sure I read that article. Any science aside, I like doing 3-4 weeks of beltless work, seems like everything feels easy after that.
