Agreed, that's why I think waist measurement is helpful in this case as it tells us how much fat he really carries in his midsection! It seems like some people have their muscles showing "outside" of the fat even at a very high BF% whereas for others the fat completely covers the muscles even as they gain a small amount of fat. This guy is on one extreme on that spectrum! I sometimes wonder if this is related to body frame with big framed guys typically carrying higher BF better and their muscles typically "popping" at a higher BF%
I am sticking with my original guess, 25-28% ish based on picture + waist measurement. You carry it really well though; I would look like a bloated mess at that body composition but as faithbrah points out your torso looks weirdly lean (which is a good thing!)Last edited by EiFit91; 02-07-2022 at 08:48 AM.

Can somebody give me a bf estimate?
Hello I'm 18, 5'5 and 134lbs. I'm skinny fat and I just wanted to know what my bf% is. Waist measurement=74cm. Also should I cut to get to 12% or lean bulk as I don't have alot of muscle?

23M/173 pounds/6'1
My weight loss has stagnated significantly, I've essentially been stuck at 173 for almost 2 weeks. I workout 6x a week push pull legs, 2200-2400c, 150-180g protein, 25-30k daily steps. I'd like to be in the high single digits by march. Am I close? How would you suggest I adjust my approach to get past this fat loss plateau?

Hiya I'm new here
imgur /JzqVPaa I can't post photos yet I uploaded them to the dashboard but they keep uploading sideways for some reason so here the end of the hyperlink
Im 6'3" - 164lbs
It should be noted ive had gyno since i was a preteen due to a hormone disorder. Same reason I have wide hips. I would assume it would affect my body fat percentage.
What do you think? My guess is around 15%

Hello bodybuilding community!
I would be happy to know an estimate of by BF%. I've been cutting for 45 days now.
Also, how close am I really to see those abs? My goal is to unravel 4 pack, should I keep cutting or I'm riskinf becoming too small?
Pics are up on my profile. Stats :
5'8
148lbs
Thank you in advance.

You're about 25%, maybe a little lower. At 65 kg you will probably still be about 20% BF.
I don't think you should aim for 12% now, I would rather suggest that you cut until your waist measurement is well below half your height and when you reach that point you bulk consistently for 1-2 years until you consider cutting again.
We all have less muscle than we think the first time we do a serious cut, I've been there too.The first principle is that you must not fool yourself—and you are the easiest person to fool.
