Definitely start counting calories. Go to the nutritional stickies and figure out your macros ensuring that you are getting adequate calories, protein, and fats. Adjust your calories to your goal after 3-4 of weeks of tracking. Initial water weight gains or losses may mask what is truly going on earlier then that.
