Good job man keep it up. I've been at that weight and I have gained 50lbs in the last 16 months and I am in the contest as well. I plan to lose 80lbs by September. HEalthy or not, here I come!!!!!!

No no I mean I've gained 50lbs. I USED to be at 415.... went down to 250.... and back up to 305. So I've gained 50lbs Back on the wagon I go though. The healthy or not thing was a joke, but the 80 lbs by Thanksgiving isn't. That is around 3lbs a week and I think I can do it.

OK forgive my impatience
I know it is probably in here somewhere but what is your usual daily intake?\
Sunday looks alot like my off day diet so I say looks good of course. You know the hard core crowd are comming to tell you that you need more cals and protein though.

Hmmmmmmmmmm
I think I am gonna increase my max on bench tomorrow. I got 10,10,7, the last time. I hope I can irk out those last 3 reps on the last set. THen I can do 230 pounds for 3 sets. That in turn, will help increase the rest of the reps on other exercises.

Chest Day
I did it, I got all 3 sets for 10 reps. IT about killed me on the last rep. It felt like the bar was moving a millimeter every 5 seconds. I am satisfied where I am strenth wise. As long as my reps stay at 6-10 on all my sets, I aint worried. I am gonna lose this weight this time. I am happy strength wise right now.
Bench Press:225/10,10,10
Incline Press:200/9,7,7
Dumbell Press:95/10/7,6

Back Day
Another good workout. Reps inceased again. I almost puked everywhere doin my shrugs today. That would have been pretty awesome, that is a sign of a kick ass workout and max intensity.
Wide Grip Pulldowns:320/10,10,8
Narrow Grip Pulldowns:310/9,10,8

Shoulder Day
I had a really good workout. Get to increase the weight for military presses. And increased reps on all sets. Also I hate my job and am gonna try to find another. This nursing home stuff aint for me anymore.
Military Press:140/10,10,10(145 next time)
Upright Rows:120/10,8,8

Biceps Day
Finally started cardio again( yup lost 3 pounds without it) I had sprained my ankle and now it feels better. Weights felt good too. Gettin lighter everytime I do them. 3 min rest between sets and side bends done back to back, and reps increased on all exercises.
Barbell Curls:115/8,7,6
Incline D. Curls:60/10,10,7
Reverse Curls:100/9,8,8
Hammer Curls: 65/9,7,7
Cable Sidebends:100/4x20
Feel good. Cant wait till next friday. I am shootin for 5-8 pounds. I am gonna get it.Strong and Brave, to the grave
