Umm..Yes..we see an influx of Democrats fleeing to Texas because they have made their own states complete chit holes, at the same time we see crime & degeneracy rising. This isn’t hard to figure out.

Everyone's rates go up to pay for replacing what was stolen or destroyed.

However, as for eating the costs, I think a possible solution is to raise the rates and overall impose the costs on the DAs, judges, and politicians who created this mess in the first place.
