I'm nowhere near as lean as you, but I'm pretty damn strong and not a total bloatlord as far as bodyfat, so I stand out among the sea of skinny fat, nerdy doctors or balding dad bods that most Indian guys my age have. The fact that I have a full head of hair and have North Indian skin tone/face genes doesn't hurt either haha.
