i would suggest a tailored suit jacket and collared oxford shirt sans the button down collar. you can pick up a cheap, off-the-rack suit at any major retailer and have a decent tailor make it look custom. you can go with suit separates if you're really pinching pennies but just buy the suit so you have matching slacks. every man should have a minimum of 3-4 go-to suits, preferably black, navy, gray and light tan. pair the solid jacket with a contrasting colored shirt (patterns and stripes are great but nothing AARP and no tie to keep it casual) and dress it up with a pocket square to make it pop. match your socks to your slacks and your shoes to your belt. make sure your shoes are shined too. a watch for to accessorize and nothing more

and don't reply with any "too much money bullsh*t". you can piece this together for less than $250 bucks and have a combination that will always look appropriate for the next 10-15 years

A lot of older guys end up buying clothes that don't fit them and they look just outright goofy as fuk like they're wearing a parachute. Your clothing should be semi-tight on you, if it's collared or suits then they should be hemmed and tailored to fit your frame and not drape down like you're wearing a blouse or some chit. Jeans should be straight fit, no bellbottoms or any of that chit. Shoes and belt should ALWAYS match, obviously.

Lastly, ALWAYS wear a watch if you're going out. If you're a guy going out and you don't have a watch on your wrist, then you're either in high school or you can't afford one. ESPECIALLY if you're trying to score a MILF/Cougar/older woman, this is one of the first things they look for when they judge a man's status. No watch = dropout frat boy.

Someone at the gym said I was 26 the other day. Now, I don't think I look that young, but I do think I look low to mid 30s.

There is no reason why you need to let yourself:
-Get so dumpy and old looking
-dress like a kid from 1995

One, you need a better workout program. I see the program you are on and it blows. I would recommend something like the Kris Gethin 4 weeks to shred program. Its damn hard but well worth it.

Two, you may laugh, others may laugh, but I believe 100% that a HUGE key to my appearance is Vitamin C. Lots and lots and lots of vit C. I take about 20 grams a day. Most people only get about 100 mgs a day. So I take 20,000% more per day than you do, and have been for 5 years. Humans are one of only 3 animals in the world that dont make any vit C in our bodies. We lost the ability 100,000 years ago. As such, we suffer from all sorts of issues that 99.99999% of all other animals don't. Skin issues, immunity issues, heart disease, cancer, etc etc. And it is a GREAT fat burner. Studies show that taking more than 5 grams a day burns 30% more fat than not.

My twin brother had a heart attack and 3 stents put in 5 years ago for blockages. After a year of being on doctors drugs his blocks got bigger and he felt horrible. He then found out about this high vit c and lysine regiment invented by a Nobel prize winner and within a year his heart disease and blocks are GONE. Your body uses vit c to make collagen, which is for your arteries, skin and all kinds of things. We are so deficient in it. I got on the program a few months later and have not been sick one day since...4 years! And I feel and look great. My lifts are at all time highs. Just deadlifted 600. And I am not a power lifter by any means.

I even started a company of supplements based on high vit C (3 grams per dose) and lysine. C-fitlife dot com. (btw any miscer who buys 2 (either pre workout or BCAA mix) I will give them a free container) I use this stuff everyday and it HELPS.

Now, besides the vit c and getting on a better program. I would suggest eating better. I recently started a soup and veggie/salad diet. You would be surprised how much you start to NOT miss things like burgers and other junk when you start to see results.

And bro....you have to dress better. I don't even.....it's just bad. Your present body frame is not conducive to anything to tight or snug right now, but you can still dress in some stylish shirts and slacks.
