I agree he's the safe pick but honestly he's only beaten a Hendricks who is a shell of his former self post-usada and a Rory who might have been ruined by Lawler

I think Woodley has a good chance of stopping him.

I like Miesha, but yes she's boring. With six fights on the main card, and the fact that it's in New York, I wonder if her fight is kind of like and offering to the "diversity" gods. Like they could tell people "hey look we have women on the main card."

rory's got a much better chin than wonderboy. there were a few instances in the rory-woodley fight where woodley landed bombs on rory and he just shook them off. if wonderboy gets caught, i think he's going to sleep. it'd be awesome if he wins though

At the same time, the guy irresponsibly missed weight and fired dolce beforehand. Miller had to come in above weight too to even possibly accept the fight, otherwise we would have had another gasteleum situation.

He's got about 8 minutes. After that Wonderboy probably keeps picking him apart. He's got a big style advantage for this fight--on paper, probably the toughest possible fight for Woodley, even over Maia or GSP.

I checked your mma math and I agree with your calculations.

Should be noted that Rory is more well rounded than Thompson though and T-Wood still has a big time speed and power advantage. It's certainly not a lock either way, Woodley is constantly improving and has come a long way since his SF days, the guy who KO'd Lawler is not the same guy who got shut down by Rory.

He should. Cutting excessive weight is not the answer. He was a medium sized WW.
