stories like this get exaggerated all the time.
can kevin add more muscle in less time than just about anyone in the world? absolutely.
can kevin add 75lbs of lean mass in 12 weeks? no. no. no.
Think about it...it would work out to him adding 6.25lbs of LBM every single week. It's physically impossible regardless of the diet, gear, or genetics.I got no strings to hold me down
To make me fret or make me frown
I had strings, but now I'm free
I got no strings on me

until something is substantiated by fact, it is in fact a rumor. plain and simple.
You're acting as if I'm personally attacking Levrone, when in reality he's one of my all time favorite bodybuilders. I'd LOVE to see him win the Olympia, yet at the same time I can sit back and take an objective look at what and what isn't physically possible.I got no strings to hold me down
To make me fret or make me frown
I had strings, but now I'm free

Wut? How in the world did you come to that conclusion? Kevin's growth was from his genetics. Laws of diminishing returns, doesn't matter how much he was taking, and I HIGHLY doubt it was any different than the amount his peers were using. Do you just come in here on a daily basis to come up with something new to hate on the MMM for?

07-18-2016, 05:19 PM #74It's common knowledge, many eye witnesses have seen Levrone grow this fast. 2002 as an example he was about 180 and 12 weeks later was 2nd at the O. lmao at people still not caught up on things that were well-known even in the 90s.
It might well be "common knowledge", but such things are often wrong. Millions of people can recall Tom Cruise bouncing up and down on Oprah's couch. Watch the video and it never happens. Millions of people think Darth Vader says "Luke, I am Your Father." Watch The Empire Strikes Back and he never says this.
Sometimes collective memories are false.
Kevin was/still is on another level when it comes to putting on muscle in a short period of time.
I search Google for "Kevin Levrone off season" and I get a bunch of pictures like this.
Obviously smaller but he still looks like an IFBB pro. We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.

I would not trust ANYTHING to do with numbers when it comes to the bodybuilding or fitness industry. It is built on lies, deception and false appearances.
Did Kevin gain a LOT of weight during his prep. FOR SURE. Did he weigh in at 170 in the off-season. Not very likely.
I feel like everyone in the fitness industry is like the old guy at the gym telling you how he used to bench 500 pounds for reps and squat 650 ass to grass when he was younger. Everyone exaggerates.

Didn't he jump up once and then jump down again?
I think the collective memory is him bouncing on it repeatedly, but I don't know. We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.

Ahhh, the "Mandela effect." I read so much about it just last week after I realized the Berenstein Bears were actually spelled BerenSTAIN Bears. Shattered my mind. I also vivdly remember Mandela dying in prison in the 80s as well.
I still stand by the fact it's BerenSTEIN not STAIN. I'm in the wrong damn reality.
Back on topic though, how significant would muscle memory be to gaining his size back so quickly? It's not like it's new mass he was putting on but mass he had then lost.
Much like Christian Bale going from Machinist to Batman Begins in a matter of months.*Korean Crew*

I like how Levrone gaining muscle is now basically compared to The Manchurian Candidate. These are not the droids you're looking for. Face it haters, the man is a genetic freak. Look at all the Pro athletes. Imagine if football didn't exist? Bodybuilding would be far more advanced than it is now. Genetic freaks exist. The MMM is one of them.

and instead of simply admitting they were mistaken, they would prefer to believe that the illuminati traveled back in time and changed history..
It is with people like you that this sport will never grow. "When you say, everything and anything to be pro, do you mean even to turn HOMO?...
