It was annoying more than anything. I mean who gets injured jumping off a swing?

Here's what last week looked like. My bench is still coming in last place on the forums.

Deadlift:
Wouldn't you know it? From the looks of my left arm, it looks like I'm not a DYEL anymore.
Deadlifts and Squats are almost back to my pre-injury numbers. I'll probably need another week or with increased reps for these lifts to get back to where I was. Oh yes, and more pre-workout powder.*Perpetual Token Black Guy Crew*
