What if he has space in the front of his house and just refuses to park it there and parks it in front of my house instead?

You can't just park your car in a street where cars drive, even if it is a residential neighborhood. You can't do that. If someone calls the cops to move your car, they will make you move your car. You have to park in a house driveway or something.

I live in a suburban neighborhood and plenty of my neighbors park their vehicles on the street, mainly because they don't have space in their garage, driveway, etc.

There's just a certain time period when vehicles aren't allowed on the street due to street sweeping, etc.

I have the same issue. Some trustfund ******* parks his range rover right next to my driveway and i live in a skinny road. Hard to do anything without becoming an instant suspect.
