PSYKO (Fruit Punch) mixed with White FLOOD Reborn (Fruit Punch) and intentionally watered way down... tastes freakin' amazing, works awesome, and the energy / focus is SMOOTH as **** and lasts a LONG time (my workouts aren't intentionally long, but it takes me longer and longer to warm up as I get older )

For insane pumps (pumps are already awesome with the above combo), I'm fortunate to have several choices: GG / WB2 / BG

Psyko as a pre with WF? How much of each? I assume the WF is only a scoop, but how about the psyko? Anything intra when doing this?

My method is both pre / intra... because it's watered down so much, it kicks in when I need it to it AND lasts like I want it to... very unconventional because most bros are looking for the most insane energy RUSH possible, that's not me. I like aboout 2 scoop or so of PSYKO (I know plenty of big guys that are just fine with 1 scoop).

I'm not sure if I would listen to anyone who's a supp sales director/rep, for obvious reasons.
Most of these supplements would literally be 1/10th of the price if you just buy the ingredients separately and combine too. Beta alanine is like $0.06 per serving. Who cares about taste? I could afford a big meal for the same price as a single serving of a typical PWO.
