Ben has clearly improved his chest but I also think part of the reason he looks better is because he hit is peak perfectly. I doubt he's ever going to be able to improve his arms enough but his lats really don't have that terrible of shape and if he brought it up to match his legs I could see him being a constant top 3 threat.

I'm a fan of freeman and at his age he's really still looking great but his hams are noticeably smaller and personally I think Ced despite being off should be infront of him.

I agree with all this.

I'd have it something like

1-Dex
2-Pakulski (not a huge fan but he brought it)
3 - 4 - Johnny or Cedric, the lack of head on photo comparisons so far makes this one a toughie
5 - Toney

I'm really really impressed at the development Ben made to his back, although there was a noticably lat inbalance when he was hitting the RLS that i haven't seen before. He might have just messed the pose up though.

damn idc that cedric is off he still looks amazing! That's a thing of beauty...looks like a contemporary golden era physique. So much potential!

Dexter looks awesome, glad he's gonna get his 4th ac.

Pakman looks big, but his waist is so big and distracting for me. And his back still needs a lot of work. IMO he shouldnt get second just because of his back. When he turns around he gets crushed.

I think he should be ahead of freeman. And although worse conditioning to ben p, he still has much better proportions, not to mention shape, flow, waist, etc. I wanna see them side by side

Dexters arms are just insanely unsymmetrical. His right arm looks like its a full INCH bigger than the left..

same can be said about Bens lats

First time I missed watching the Arnold in like three years, and I'm very glad I made that decision. Holy crap what a snooze fest. All I was looking forward to was ced and dex, and since ced came in off and suffered in the placings freeman and PAC man are in the top three. Christ on a stick, the line up is weak. Gratz to dex, he'll win but its almost like an AC he didn't deserve, considering he's the only one in the top eight competing (jay branch Phil Kai wolf victor Rhoden are absent).

lol, and to think.. not so long ago I can remember several people making suggestions on here and other boards that dexter jackson ought to shrink down n do the 212 (well, I believe they were saying 202 at the time) because he didn't "have" it anymore..
