I'm a nut hugger as much as you're a hater. Remove those from the equation and you get one person who argues rationally and backs it up with data, and another who hurls insults that a six year old would be proud of.
There is another statistically significant survey that shows Android users to have much lower income and level of education (and thus likely intelligence) than iOS users. The inability to argue coherently by so many of you is just further proof to the data that shows you are inferior in almost every way.
Keep doing what you're doing.

It wasn't - hence, statistically significant:
Google’s Survey tool attempts to create a sample that is representative of the adult population in the country that you choose. Google noted that in this small (200 answers) of a survey that the primary level results are statistically significant. When you get into the secondary level like age, sex and geography differences the sample size is probably too small to take away any reliable conclusions. When possible, results are weighted by inferred gender, age and geography to make the sample as representative as possible of the US Internet population.
The survey was comprised of two questions that were presented to readers on the following types of sites Arts & Entertainment: 32.5%, News: 31.0%, Reference: 26.5%, Other: 10.0%. The publishers that carry the microsurvey share in the revenue. The first question, a qualifying question, asked whether your iPhone has iOS6. There were 1380 responses to that question of which 256 (18.6%) said that they did have iOS6 and 200 went on to the final question. To read more about Google’s research on the accuracy of these surveys you can read this white paper.

That may be true for a retard like yourself, but not for me and millions of others. A little extra cost (most of which is recouped on resale - I wouldn't expect you to understand the concept of total cost of ownership) is worth it for me and hundreds of millions of other intelligent consumers.
Yes, I'm constantly negged, and I constantly don't give a ****. Caring about e-reputation on a forum full of teenage boys - another sign of supreme intellect and clarity of mind. Lol

You really are retarded. He literally shat on everyone one of your points and you responded with nothing expect "you're retarded" "you have iPhone up your ass" etc etc.
Funny thing is he's right. You guys really don't know statistics and the iPhone holding it's value.
Brb Androids lose +50% value in one year and iPhone only lose 25% even after a new model comes outLast edited by Pluck904; 12-03-2012 at 04:40 PM.

I don't expect it to change anytime soon, but I'll keep trying. Mostly for the laughs. Truthfully I consider all of this part of my market research. It does help in a weird sort of way.
While Godfrd gets his rush out of negging me, I'll be making enough money trading from my iPhone at work to buy one or two unlocked iPhones every single week. Mirin' that super fast trade execution on LTE and no concerns about malware.

I bought 2 nexus 4's for me and my gf the night it was released (the panic when it was sold out in 5 minutes in australia and awaiting euro launch...)
16gb internal storage - May be a problem if you need to carry over 16gb of entertainment around with you in places where you won't have net access plus don't have an mp3 player. The cloud can be used for when you do have net access. Keep in mind that you can buy a nexus 4 AND an ipod and still spend less money than buying an iphone 5.
Also, if you are going to be away from home for a long enough time that you need more than 16gb of music/movies, then you surely don't have enough time to listen/watch that amount on your phone without your battery dying.
Screen - Clear as fuark. It's big which is good if you want a big screen. Bad if you want a small screen.
Build quality - Steve jobs didn't sculpt nano-details into it with his nipples. But it's good enough for me. Plus gf dropped hers (at least) twice already and it has a small dent in the metal edge that is only noticable if you look for it.
Camera - Best I've ever seen on a phone. Crisp photos and amazing video recording without any shakiness. No blurr.
Also:
Nexus 4 - 2gb ram
iphone 5 - 1gb ram
nexus 4 - quad core cpu
iphone 5 - duel core cpu
nexus 4 - 2100 mah battery
iphone 5 - 1440 mah battery
Plus iphone 5 S will be released early next year.

Are you kidding me right now?
168 votes. 168. You can talk all you want about statistics classes or whatever and continue to be a pseudo-intellectual, but it's still JUST 168 people.
Let me write that again. 168 votes, and only half agreed with you.
You are pathetic. Stop sucking Steve Jobs' dick already.

Again, take a ****ing stats class, moron. Or just do a simple Google search. Are you honestly stupid enough to deny the fact that a small data set can be statistically significant? This is mathematical fact, not my opinion. Holy ****...is this real life?!
If you still can't wrap you pea brain around this ridiculously simple concept, have a look at this one - 4,270 responses:
Good enough for you, or do you still need your magical 10,000? lol, what a dumbass. Accounting for the difference in response choices, the two surveys line up quite well with each other, certainly within the displayed error. Wow, what a shocker!
btw, you don't need to be an intellectual or a pseudo-intellectual to understand statistical significance. Most living people either already know it or could understand the concept if explained to them. It takes a special breed of retard to both fail to understand and deny the veracity of a mathematically proven concept.Last edited by EternallyMiscd; 12-03-2012 at 10:45 PM.

Blah, blah, blah. 168 votes. Regardless of what you're saying, "statistically significant" or not, it's not enough to make a ruling. You can shove that up your ass now. It's irrelevant.
Now your other graph, THAT'S way more significant because of the amount of people involved. Why not just post that instead of your graph with 6 people voting in it?
Regardless, Apple Maps still had PROVEN problems that were unacceptable. It should not have been released in pretty much a beta stage.

I don't want to live on this planet anymore.
I have a few questions for you:
1) how old are you?
2) what's your educational background?
3) why do you think you know more about mathematics and statistics than the collective knowledge of generations of mathematicians and statisticians?
I agree the accuracy of Maps was unacceptable and maybe a beta should have been slapped on. That being said, mapping accuracy is reliant on crowd sourcing, and one should hardly expect a brand new product to be as accurate as the market leader for the past decade. Google Maps sucked at the beginning.
The reality is yes, there are inaccuracies but most people would never come across one in real life use. The data supports this.
