Went up a bit probably due to those dang quesadillas and fried pickles AH wells.
I got picked up to do the PROMERA SPONSORED LOG excited! I don't know who my partner is yet. If anyone else wants in I think they are still looking for females.
I didn't get up to do my swim this am... I am exhausted!!

Will update on nutrition tomorrow not done yet
CARDIO dunno if you count it but YOGAX with my bro good stretch after a killer week 1hr 30min
Oh yes almost forgot on kneeling squats did in the squat rack this time ROM was definitely less akward than the smith and could really feel it although the first set was easy peasy replaced on not the notches but where you would grab for a clean and press. 2nd set with more weight I started on my knees then lift up to get it off the rack and all hell breaks loose wobbling side to side. feel like I'm gonna fall backwards. then get balanced and start. So is moral to the story to start from standing position each time and kneel and then stand when done? Or obviously decrease weight but then I can get it off the rack but then not enough weight to engage glutes.Last edited by Boomer29; 06-29-2012 at 08:31 PM.

Aw thanks you're so sweet but I gotta ways to go. About that lifting honestly I'm pretty novice. Started my senior year in high school mostly just machines and hadn't unleashed the beast lol was too afraid to get "bulky" yup I was one of those. After I had my son in 09 that was my befores on my space I was on and off with training really dedicated then not for months. I just started consistently since April increasing lifts and incorp compounds with these forums journals stickies and such. I'm hella hooked.
