I don't work my biceps and triceps directly. All I do is rows, chin ups, bench press and DB press and voila - my gunz get hyooooooge!

Neglect neither one. Both are efficient exercises.
You say hammer curls vs. reverse curls. I say, combine.
You say dips vs. push ups. I say, unite.
Chin ups involve the biceps, lats, rhomboids, pecs, and abdominals. Bicep curls involve the biceps individually. Neglect neither one into your work out routine.
