    I don't work my biceps and triceps directly. All I do is rows, chin ups, bench press and DB press and voila - my gunz get hyooooooge!

    Chin ups involve the biceps, lats, rhomboids, pecs, and abdominals. Bicep curls involve the biceps individually. Neglect neither one into your work out routine.

    Negged for saying pushups in a 2 year old thread. Seriously who does pushups unless you have a 200 lbs wife to sit on your back what is the point?

    Anyway weighted-chins probably stimulate more growth but doing both is a solid way to cover your bases.

    Hmm is this really that hard? Bicep curls are a isolation work for the biceps... Chins ups work the back & the biceps. R u trolling to just ****en on dat dere retard time?
