I was productive until my last meeting. I was hammering away on a good proposal to have my company sponsor a corporate run. Then I went to a two hour E Verify meeting presented by the gov't and I lost all interest in work.

Sad thing is I am sooooo busy at work. I should have logged in there and gotten some work done instead of just laying around. Would make for an easier rest of the week once I go back tomorrow.

True. But tomorrow I will need to deal with the **** from today as well. I am on a project with people across the company (in high positions, too) that require an inordinate amount of babysitting. The CTO is watching the project closely so you'd think they'd be motivated. Not so much. It's a career making or breaking project and I don't intend to be broken.

lol. I haven't worked out (running) in a good week. I feel like crap (feeling sick). I need to head back to the gym and start lifting and also get my knee checked out. ugh..

That much weight and some of it will be muscle. No way around it. How quick, and how much?

I feel the same way about sprints. I just remember the ass on some of the Olympic sprinters and it keeps me motivated to keep up with them.
