Much apologies for the delay.
I was done yesterday with my 31 day challenge and have been busy putting together the GIF for the past couple of hours - it's actually a long process.
All the trainers left the health club by the time I was done so I had to weigh myself, and there was noone who could check my body fat percentage.
I was 173 lbs when I weighed myself CAREFULLY. Who knows, a lot of it could have been due to water weight being gone after my workout...so I'll weigh myself first thing tomorrow when I go to the gym to check my bodyfat.
If the weight is correct, then I've lost 12 lbs in a MONTH.
The GIF if you look at it for a few times, you'll see how the ab area fat becomes smaller by the day.
Again, it's not RADICAL, but It's noticeable. And this is only PHASE 1 of my cut, there's 8 more weeks to go. I'm not sure how I'm going to continue logging, but I'll decide in the coming days.
If you have slow connection, this might take a few mins to load so be patient.

Thought I'd bump this thread up to update you on some things and developments.
I started my Phase II - which is basically another 4 weeks of cutting, last night.
I found out what my TRUE body fat is. Whatever the percentage I said it was before I started - which was measured by the gadget where you place your palms on to the handles and it sends a pulse through your body - IS WRONG. It is not 13.5% and no wonder.
My CURRENT body fat, after the cardio challenge (no idea what it was BEFORE it) is at 17.4% my TRUE weight, is NOT 172. It's 175 and it makes sense. Because when I measured myself after the workout last week. I just lost the water weight (3lbs) So basically I lost 10lbs in 31 days. When I said that to my Instructor he asked me "You're not starving yourself are you!?" Hehe. Of course I wasn't.
With PHASE II, I'm just going to be doing HIIT, instead of LISS. This means no 30-60 minute cardio sessions. But about 20-25 of HIGH Intensity Interval Training. I'm going to switch it up from not only Arc Trainer, but I'll do a bit of everything. I'll do treadmill, elliptical, and whatever else I can get into the 25 minute session.
