Well, I figure I'll report my new bench max. I'm cutting right now, so I'm really out of power, but I am down to around 190 and can see my abs fully for the first time. Therefore, I was really surprised that I put up 240X7 last night. It felt pretty good, I'll try to exceed that on Thursday hopefully.

What's everyone's pre-workout/pwo regimne like?
Normally, I have a good meal 60-90 minutes prior to workout, then I have a preworkout supp 30 mins prior. I weight lift, then take some aminos and hop on the treadmill for a bit. When I'm done, I have a shake of protein and waxy maize, and 60-90 mins later I have another solid meal.
Just trying to get some ideas to possibly improve...
