we do usually a few times a week and up until a few weeks ago when she started hanging out with this new guy i noticed something a bit different.
Usually she was the one always begging for sex, but this time she didnt want to have sex right after she was done hanging out with this guy.

If she doesn't mention the flowers, you know there is someone else in her life.

The problem is that i have several female friends who at one point i banged but are friends now. So she kind of learnt to deal with it and doesnt mind me hanging out with them.

I had a similar situation. The key logger is the best option. I did that to my ex..... just be aware that you may hurt a lot with what you find.

I found out my ex had a 'private' email from where she was talking to like 3 different guys. They talked about their sexual encounters.... pretty detailed ****. .... yeah wasn't the best feeling.

dude, thats your fault for hanging out with exes. you set it perfectly for her to cheat on you man. either you both make a change or just break up and try again but learn from your mistakes.

If you find something..then take a day off (if the apt in ur name only) pack her **** leave it outside the door change the locks and leave an envelope with the evidence in it...

Let me get this straight... your not in a very serious relationship since you could care less if you break up, you are both in your "low to mid 20's" working 70-90 hours a week (leaving you only a handful of concious hours to spend with her a week) heavily concentrating on your career and you obviously have big insecurity and jealousy issues.... why wouldn't she want to be messing around?

To me seems pretty selfish of you... you either don't trust her or know pretty well shes cheating... either way with the amount of time you don't have to pay attention to her I think you should break up with her, the only reason you want to catch her is for that selfish self-satisfaction when she is probably not cheating and is just lonely.

Serious relationship- If you can't trust her, you shouldn't be with her, so either have a long talk or break it off.

Not so serious relationship- Assuming you are doing this just to throw dirt in her face, the best way is to confront her about it once and then never again. If you say,"Oh, where were you last night? And why didn't you want to have sex? Seems strange to me." she will probably throw a tantrum and get very defensive. After the meltdown, smile and tell her nevermind, of course she would never cheat, then walk away. Now that she knows you are on to her, she will become extremely paranoid and start losing her composure, freaking out to see if a condom wrapper is here or if she deleted all of her emails. She will even become suspicious of you (see: Dane Cook's skit on cheating) and whether or not you ever catch her, she will never be the same.

But really, if you care about her just tell her to be upfront and honest, and if you cannot take her word as the truth, you should not be in a relationship.

Check the text messages on her phone...it's the most obvious. People usually forget to erase their sent messages.
