    Apparently follistatin acts as an atogonist to myostatin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Follistatin) so I guess that's where the potential muscle building benefits might be.


    The problem if you are trying to get this by eating whole eggs, is that you would have to eat dozens upon dozens. Futhermore they would have to be farm fresh and raw, and not heat-pasteurized as many store bought fertilized eggs are.
    Besides that, fertilized eggs are just fukking gross! I'd take my chances with the gear before I tried to eat 36 of those nasty bastards a day.

    VINCE GIRONDA'S "HORMONE PRECURSOR DIET" FOR MUSCLE BUILD-UP

    Gironda recommended this diet for four to six weeks, followed by a mostly vegetarian ?alkalinizing? diet.

    Let's be serially cerial, maybe he was being dramatic but eating 36 eggs/day you have to assume he really believed that. Any steroid is going to act on the gene expression or androgen receptor, fertile eggs I doubt have that effect. If you think like this than you should be eating meat from producers that use growth hormone and cattle product from farmers that used tren on em.

    I don't think Vince took "Cell-Tech" in his time, but I know Larry Scott along with the rest of the guys who trained at his gym at that time were the first guys to start using it.
