I owe a huge thanks to TSN- getting cardio done has never been easier any time of the day with cardio igniter- I can have it in the morning with my morning routine or after work and I won't be crashing hard at work or at social events. If you take a look at my prog pics I've been making some cool gains and I look forward to cardio because I no longer fear some horrible crash!

I haven't checked around this forum for a long time and I'm glad that when i finally did that this thread is back! I wasn't even aware that tsn came up with some new flavors for the ci. I didn't really like the fruit punch flavor of ci but that's because I don't like fruit punch. I hope to see some of the regulars from the old thread come back to this one!

Just curious, which ones and how do you like them (obviously a lot if they compose 1/2-3/4 of your stack lol). I have yet to have the pleasure of trying a TSN product =(

XAT-7 - in morning. Every morning if I could, but I am running low. Now just using before fasted cardio. (which I had to put on hold thanks to groin pull)
Cardio Igniter - Pre-workout
Hair, Skin, Nails - Mornings. Trying to get rid of stretch marks from when I was 300+.
Advanced Joint Support - I get shoulder pain, and hip/chest pop sometimes. More preventative. In the morning.
Astravar 2.0 - In conjunction with Cardio Igniter, Pre-workout
Chocolate whey - Whenever I feel necessary.
Natural T - Every morning. Finishing first bottle in next week I think.
BCAA hyperblend - If I am really sore, or lifting fasted.

I take most everything in the morning, except CI, Astravar, Whey, and BCAAs

Thinking about moving Natural T to night time.

Yes, got out of work half day, got into the gym and was nice and mellow, hit all my stuff and kept good focus, got in a pretty sporty workout, hope you do the same bro! Get em!

I've been doing it for about a month so far and gained some mass and increased alot of weights on my compounds. I find to be pretty effective and time - efficient.

I think the secret is how effective their products are while it being very affordable. How do they make it so?
