It's certainly possible, but pretty rare for someone to put up those numbers.
Greenz or Negz upon vid (or lack thereof).☠ By reading this post, you have agreed to my negative reputation terms of service.

ok i can understand people getting angry if you just claim to be bigger than them because i understand how much work and dedication it takes to where you have all gotten squatting over 500 pounds is an accomplishment wether you act like an ass to me or not. ive done nothing but eat crap and sleep bodybuilding and powerlifting since before that picture was taken when i was 13 to get to where ive gotten today. if you have to good for you but you dont need to insult other people just because they say they can do something you cant.

If you're 19 now, that would make you ~16 when you joined. Why would you post a picture of yourself when you're 13 for your pic?
Edit: And your bodyspace says you started lifting in 1997, which would mean you started lifting when you're 6.
Something doesn't add up.

So why 3% bodyfat? That low of bodyfat is only useful at a photo shoot or on a stage. Not in a fight. 265 isn't where heavyweight starts. Heavyweight is 206-265lbs in most major MMA organizations. Lesnar is really the only big fighter, coming in at 265lbs.
Be tea dub, I am already certain the squat isn't what you claim ,but I am inclined to call BS on the listed 5% @ 240lbs.-

ok when i was 15 i joined this site 2 years before i had a picture i kept on my computer so i could use it as a progress picture later on. and i didnt start actually using weights when i was 6 i started doing situps pushups pullups and curls i didnt want to build on to much mass until after my growth spurt my dad told me it would bend my bones and i would stay short.

honestly i havent tested my bf in a while so im not sure on that. the squat i can and will proove to you all so no need to keep arguing about it. i chose 3% because thats the lowest you can go and stay healthy. and its useful because the more muscle you have to make yourself move and less fat to hold you back the more you can whoop ass. and i didnt say heavyweight started at 265 it ends at 265 i want to be the top of the weight class so no one would have weight advantage on me.

you dont need to go lower than 6, 8-10 is sufficient enough. more importantly is stamina (and you better know how to fight, be training all the time, and be willing to go out on your shield every fight). you wont be able to reach 3 percent, as it will definitely interfere with your training.

It is easier to carry the fat.
if you cut to much, your endurance plummets.
I'm just wiating around for the squat vid. I'm skeptical but withholding judgement until. I will say, if your 07 picture is somtehing it is based off of, that is no where near 5%. Your current avi, is no where near 5% either.-

that makes sense because i wouldnt want to lose any weight it was hard for me to put it on. ive been into all kinds of mma so far so im good on the fighting. i plan on hitting 270 then getting into some endurance style exercise. im actually doing a month of circuit training right now for all the compound muscle groups but ill find another good way to mix it up when i hit my goal weight

i explained my situation on the video earlier in this thread i have no way of uploading the actual video right now because my phone says the file is to big to be transferred without a cord. even though its being gay im going to buy a cord ill probably just make a new video anyways since my squat has gone up since then.
