Kind
Compassionate
Works hard at whatever job they have/not a slacker
Not an attention whore
Confident but not cocky
Intelligent

As for what I would want in a partner. All of the above plus:

Active
Lifts and lives a healthy lifestyle
Takes care of themselves but isn't obsessed with how they look. There's a happy medium.
Fun
Great sense of humor
Is attractive to me
Great physical chemistry
Passionate
Gives as much as they take. Too far on either side of this is not healthy.

This should be an average - I mean she doesn't have to be drop dead gorgeous just a solid 6+/10. Sadly though, it doesn't work this way because this type of female would be under siege by the full spectrum of thirsty males. Females even half of what you described are flooded with offers. So you better make sure you're bringing something above and beyond to the table or you will have zero leverage. If a woman knows she's the best you could ever get then you screwed. There has to be a mutual understanding that both of you have great qualities and could easily find someone else if they had to, this way no-one is ever held hostage in a relationship.

I'd even take away the "makes good money" and degree from your list - though it of course would be a nice bonus. I wouldn't mind providing fully for omeone who is rational, will keep fit, decently attractive, has personal interests and hobbies that don't include Instagram, a wide sense of humor, doesn't conform to the lunacy of the left and has decent general knowledge to hold a conversation over multiple topics. This is very hard to find among young women where I live, I would say 90% all fulfill the usual stereotype.

•She has to be absolutely beautiful drop dead gorgeous(I already know this eliminates 110% of them)
•She has to be intelligent
•She can't be a partier(No drinking, no drugs etc)
•She needs to be supportive of you

For your time:

Your picture is the complete opposite of what is a quality female.

For me:

- 7-8/10 in looks, I really don't see the point of trying to wife a 8+/10
- Low partner count, ideally only slept with boyfriend(s)
- Caring, loving, sweet
- Not a drinker, smoker, no drugs
- Likes to read
- Prioritises having a family over career
- Not from a broken family, doesn't have daddy issues
- In shape, fit, healthy
- Some sort of talent whether it be art, dance, piano

Well men and women don't need to have equal qualities to have equal dating value.

An unattractive guy (not saying he is but just as an example) can easily date many 10/10 girls if he is very wealthy. He does not need to be attractive or fit or anything equal to those girls if he compensates with money.

In fact the wealthy unattractive guy would actually have higher dating value than those model girls and he can date a string of them and replace them at will, because there are many more model looking girls than wealthy guys.
