Bruh the conversion from kgs to lbs is 2.2 x (X amount of kg)= total weight in lbs

The conversion factor isn't >3

My bench is only 210lb x 1 after 6 months training and I thought I was progressing amazingly. + I weigh 160lb.

140lb's doing 220 for 7.5 reps? I don't think so. Sorry if you are telling the truth whizkyy, but It sounds very unlikely.

If you actually can, then borrow a mate's phone and post a video to shut everyone up, otherwise everyone is just going to think you're an e-statter :/

I know I couldn't bench his claimed stats with arms that small...My triceps had to blow up before I could do 200x10
