I wear these, but I don't like them at all. They tend to hurt my heels when I'm doing cardio.

Nothing dangerous its just that clearance rate will accelerate. I don't know how much is in PSU but honestly 1-2g of ALCAR should be fine. I just wouldn't make a thing of stacking them throughout the day

The key is that you want a leather belt that is the same width all the way around. Don't buy cheap, you'll regret it. There's a stickied post in the exercise forum on this topic from kiknscreem

Why does it matter? Get a pair of running shoes that fit well so you don't have to change when going from lifting to cardio. I never even worry about contours since i squat and DL in my socks. I pretty much only wear Nike Air Max to the gym or around town, love teh fit.
