    If true you're strong, probably pretty lean aswell for your size. But like I said I don't trust 90% of miscers calling high OHP numbers, seen a lot of *******s IRL who lold at my poverty number just like you did and barely moved more weight than me when actually OHPing, just relying on Push-Pressing. I'm not that far from claiming BW numbers if we go for sloppy form either, if you can do a clean 173 with your stats that would be actually impressive and would legit mire. But like I said, it's incredibly easy to cheat on that exercise and just get red flags just by using leg drive.

    I hold a bit of fat around my waist right now. I had a deadlift injury a few years back and I stopped lifting completely for a while. I'm also 31 years old and my metabolism has slowed. I'll think about putting up a video but I don't like pics/videos of myself online.

    Have done 115x5 and 135x3 with good form.

    I am weak as phuck for my size, GJ big dog on the 185x2, that's as heavy as most full grown men or 1.5 full grown manlets.

    I fully expect to be pressing 225 at least overhead in about 8-12 months. for reps. I shall remain optimistic about this goal.

    I can press a little more with my belt, just focusing on squeezing my glutes. Is using a belt for this lift looked down upon?

    make sure to flex ur quads toO!

    nope, if it helps u lift more use it, it will make ur core stronger. however, if u cant even balance the weight without the belt id train beltless for a bit so ur core is used to it

    Was doing SS and then when I stopped that program, never looked at OHP as a "main lift". More like an assistance exercise after heavy benching. Like after my intensity bench on TM, I do 3 sets of 8 OHP for more volume.

    Highest I've gotten was 135x4 with strict form. Believe thats about 150 1RM

    but strict press standing, I've only worked up to 145 lb * 3 reps which was quite a while ago

    Depends on the criteria. I hope 400lb Gorilla stages a OHP contest maybe in the Fall. Will it be standing/sitting or a matter of just bringing the bar to the chest/chin with a good pause. Who knows but it should be fun overall.

    230lbs starting from the floor.

    I don't spend as much time on OHP as the big 3 lifts. I did just start doing them again last week. Did 140 3x5 last night. Felt it in my pecs more than bench. Thinking this could be good carry over to bench going to do them more often for awhile.
