Dopamine transporter inhibitory and antiparkinsonian effect of common flowering quince extract

Inhibitive effects of Fructus Psoraleae extract on dopamine transporter and noradrenaline transporter.

So, between these herbs, the tyrosine, mucuna, and dmaa, you've got a strong mix for dopamine and NA high. Plus you've got your serotonin support from 5-HTP. There's one or two other things I would've added to take it up a notch, but based on the ingredients I would bet this stuff to get you buzzin.

You're right, I just realized how ignorant I sounded saying that. What I should have said is natural legal ingredients...and if a new natural plant constituent IS found that is truly comparable to illegal substances like coke, it probably wouldn't be OTC for long.

Very true. Ephedra is a prime example. 1,4-ad and 4-ad are also good examples.

This may have been where this comment came from, however you'll see it does not compare Rezolution to ******* however,

Meanwhile, FP dose-dependently reduced the binding of tritium-labeled ******* analog (-)-2beta-carbomethoxy-3beta-(4-fluorophenyl) tropane to DAT of D8 cells, which suggests that FP may inhibit DAT activity in the same way as ******* does.

    What Rezolution does?
Combines the most potent stimulants (specialized synephrine, geranamine, caffeine) with dopamine precursors (N-Actyl Tyrosine and L-Dopa) plus two herbs that block both Dopamine and Norepinephrine re-uptake (meaning makes dopamine active longer). Add in 5-HTP for increased serotonin and you get a natural high and a stimulant effect that lasts for hours. Sweet spot is 3 capsules (for experienced users)
The two ingredients that make dopamine active longer are:
Dopamine transporter inhibitory and antiparkinsonian effect of common flowering quince extract.
Zhao G, Jiang ZH, Zheng XW, Zang SY, Guo LH.
Common flowering quince (FQ) is the fruit of Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai. FQ-containing cocktails have been applied to the treatment of neuralgia, migraine, and depression in traditional Chinese medicine. The present study assessed whether FQ is effective in dopamine transporter (DAT) regulation and antiparkinsonism by utilizing in vitro and in vivo assays, respectively. FQ at concentrations of 1-1000 microg/ml concentration-dependently inhibited dopamine uptake by Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells stably expressing DAT (D8 cells) and by synaptosomes. FQ had a slight inhibitory action on norepinephrine uptake by CHO cells expressing the norepinephrine transporter and no inhibitory effect on gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) uptake by CHO cells expressing GABA transporter-1 or serotonin uptake by the serotonin transporter. A viability assay showed that FQ mitigated 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-induced toxicity in D8 cells. Furthermore, in behavioral studies, FQ alleviated rotational behavior in 6-hydroxydopamine-treated rats and improved deficits in endurance performance in 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)-treated mice. Furthermore, immunohistochemistry revealed that FQ markedly reduced the loss of tyrosine hydroxylase-positive neurons in the substantia nigra in MPTP-treated mice. In summary, FQ is a selective, potent DAT inhibitor and has antiparkinsonian-like effects that are mediated possibly by DAT suppression. FQ has the potential to be further developed for Parkinson's disease treatment.
Inhibitive effects of Fructus Psoraleae extract on dopamine transporter and noradrenaline transporter.
Zhao G, Li S, Qin GW, Fei J, Guo LH.
A petroleum ether extract (FP) from Fructus Psoraleae, seeds of Psoralea corylifolia L. (Leguminosae), was found to strongly inhibit dopamine (DA) uptake by dopamine transporter (DAT) heterogeneously expressed cells (D8 cells) and noradrenaline (NE) uptake by noradrenaline transporter (NET) heterogeneously expressed cells, which, however, had no effect on gamma-aminobutyric acid transporter heterogeneously expressed cells and serotonin transporter heterogeneously expressed cells at the concentration up to 100 microg/ml. These inhibitory effects were also confirmed by experiments on SK-N-SH cell line and synaptosomes from rats' brains. In addition, FP showed a significantly mitigating effect on 1-methyl-4-pyridinium induced injury of D8 cells. Behavioral study showed FP had a long-lasting stimulant effects on the activity of intact mice and reserpinized mice. So FP is proposed as a kind of DAT and NET inhibitor and may be involved in the process of regulating the DA and NE system, and FP or its unknown bioactive compounds may be developed into new medicines for disorders such as Parkinson's disease, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or ******* addiction.

Almost all plants have estrogenic components. It's just part of nature, everything from green tea to horny goat weed is considered estrogenic to some degree. Even soy to be honest isn't an issue unless it is consumed for long periods of time as a youth IMHO.

Plants have lots of natural estrogens, it's part of life...

Here's a few studies on Maca that you use in your Triazole product.

Postcoital contraceptive efficacy and hormonal profile of Lepidium capitatum.

Singh MM, Wadhwa V, Gupta DN, Pal R, Khanna NM, Kamboj VP.
    Abstract

PIP: Hexane soluble fraction of the Lepidium captiatum plant collected in Himachal Pradesh, India, was administered orally to colony bred albino mice, rats, and golden hamsters to test the plant's postcoital antifertility efficacy and estrogenic and antiestrogenic activities. 2.5 kg of the whole air-dried and powdered plant was extracted 4 times with 90% ethanol, which was evaporated under reduced pressure. The resultant aqueous suspension was partitioned 3 times with hexane and concentrated under vacuum to achieve the hexane soluble and hexane insoluble fractions. Oral administration of 250 mg/kg of crude ethanolic extract of the whole plant on postcoital days 1-5 prevented pregnancy in about 77% of mated female rats. The hexane soluble fraction inhibited pregnancy in 100% of the rats at a dose of 250 mg/kg and in 50% at 125 mg/kg. In comparison to controls, there was a significant reduction in implantation number at both 125 mg/kg and 625 mg/kg doses. The extract failed to prevent pregnancy in hamsters even at a daily dose of 500 mg/kg on postcoital days 1-5. No contraceptive efficacy of the hexane insoluble extract was observed in rats or hamsters. The extract exhibited potent estrogenic activity at the contraceptive dose, without antiestrogenic activity. A significant uterotrophic effect was seen even at 1/40 of the contraceptive dose. When administered orally for 3 consecutive days, the hexane soluble fraction induced normal implantations at 250 mg/kg and lower doses in adult female mice undergoing experimentally induced delayed implantation. The maximum response in terms of the percentage of pregnant animals and the average number of implantations was observed at 125 mg/kg dose. The experimental results confirm the frank estrogenicity of the extract.

Effects of different varieties of Maca (Lepidium meyenii) on bone structure in ovariectomized rats.

    Abstract

OBJECTIVE: This study was designed to determine the effect of different varieties of maca (Lepidium meyenii) on bone structure in ovariectomized (OVX) rats.

MATERIALS AND METHODS: 36 female rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham and OVX rats treated with vehicle, estradiol (40 microg/kg), black, yellow or red maca (63 mg/ml) for 4 weeks. At the end of the treatment, uterine weight, femoral bone and lumbar vertebra histomorphology were assessed.

RESULTS: Ovariectomy reduced weight, diameter and width of the femoral bone. Estradiol, black and red maca treatment reduced the effect of ovariectomy on these variables. Histological analyses revealed that estradiol, black and red maca treatments reversed the effect of ovariectomy by increasing the trabecular bone area in the second lumbar vertebra. Uterine weight was reduced in OVX rats, and estradiol but neither black nor red maca increased uterine weight.

CONCLUSION: Red and black maca have protective effects on bone architecture in OVX rats without showing estrogenic effects on uterine weight.

I wouldn't be surprised at all. A lot of plants are estrogenic... especially the good ones (mary jane).

Your wheat bread and shampoo is estrogenic. neener-neener.

My wife popped her first Rez this morning. I went to workout, came home, and she was flying around taking care of business. She gave it 2 enthusiastic thumbs up energy-wise, said it was very positive energy, and she felt no need to eat (since dinner last night, 16 hours ago). 2-3 RPM does nothing for her, and she needs a full scoop ASGT to feel energized, for reference.
