Which exercises do you do for chest with a bad shoulder? I hurt mine almost two weeks ago doing hanging leg raises and I haven't trained chest since then (only biceps and legs). It sucks not being able to do any sort of pushing movements.

1.2k cals left and about to BBQ, should hit macros pretty smoothly even though ill guesstimate. Did around 2 hours yard work today as well, shirt was all sweaty so thats cray cray.
Going no alcohol till my bro's bday in 6 weeks so no drunken munchies to deal with.

Man, I have a question I almost hate to ask. If you are in your early twenties and you don't drink on the weekend, don't have a wife, don't have a gf, don't have kids, aren't going to clubs or parties...wtf do you do? just work or something then fap?

I'm an introvert here, cause that's what the USA made me ever since I came here in '99. I just didn't fit in fully to this lifestyle, made the right friends, that's why I try to go back and visit Bosnia as much as possible cause my real friends are there and there I'm always going out every day and hanging out with ppl.
Here I just work, go to gym, eat, play CoD, watch movies/tv shows, fap, and sleep.
But not saying that I don't go out, go to events, been with girls, or go to parties, I still do - but rarely. Guess the biggest thing is that I really don't have any real friends here that I can trust/relate with or have that 1 friend that I can always go out with. No 1 cares about a nicka

its the least stress on shoulders compared to flat/or incline. Decline for me is great. Perhaps do Dumbells instead of barbell.

When youre 22 and youre sat eating junk food on the weekend watching trailer park boys thinking youre enjoying yourself and it hits you that you're never getting these weekends back is a deep feel, motivation to get aesthetic is now through the roof

So brothers, just decided to finally come in this thread. Gonna be a somewhat long post so please bear with me.
Been lifting since I was a sophomore in HS. Been pretty on and off with it, now I'm a freshman in college and have been consistent with it in the last year. Have been on a couple of cuts but most I got down to was like 13-14% body fat. Nothing impressive. I am trying to really shred for this summer and get down to 8-10%. Now I started at 208 pounds maybe 4 weeks ago. I started really tracking my cals/macros. Ate 3000cal/day at about 208g protein/100g fat/320g carb. Stayed their for a bit and was still 208 pounds. Then I cut my calories down to about 2800 and after about 2 weeks I dropped down to about 202-203. Most of this was water weight I'd like to think.
Started taking creatine and my weight shot up back to about 207-208. I've dropped my calories further to 2600, keeping my protein around 208 still, 60-70g fat and the rest in carbs. I'm about 204 pounds now after doing this for about a week and a half. Now my long list of questions:
- Are my calories too low right now? I am trying to cut very slowly to try to retain as much mass as possible. I was thinking about bumping them back up to 2700 a day because I dropped a few pounds rather quickly, but then again I'm not sure if I should because I know that it's probably mostly water weight.
- Does it matter if I kind of change up my fat/carbs throughout the week? As in maybe one day have 80g fat and less carbs and another day have 50g fat and more carbs?
-When and how often should I include refeed days? Do I eat over maintenance or just drop my fats to 20-30g that day and hit my calories but with more carbs?
-I'm at about 20% bf right now, is 50g fat way too low? See a lot of (seemingly) natty iifym people on instagram with their fat really low, granted they are more shredded than I.
-When should I add in cardio?
-Do I only cut my calories down maybe 100-200 cals when my weight loss stalls? How long should I wait while staying at the same weight before I consider it stalling? 1 week? 2?
Training 6x a week right now, push/pull/legs twice a week with two main compounds then depending on the day a couple of accessories. I have a stronger push than pull day, and my weakest link is my legs. (315 touch and go bench, 365 conventional dl, 275 squat lmao) just squatting/dling twice a week right now and focusing on progressive overload on my leg days, but for my lagging back, is it pointless to do extra accessories while i'm cutting? took out some volume on my horizontal push and adding some to my pull days.

this is true. Friday night and all im going to do is go home and put on my gym clothes and go hit shoulders, then come home and pose in the mirror and mire myself for 45 minutes. by then it will be 9pm so ill start eating then go to bed at around midnight. rinse and repeat every day

Knew my post was long, I understand if some of you guys are too lazy to read it, I would be haha.
Have read it and tried it my last cut. Slimmed down a lot but my body fat was higher than the recommended when I started and even he stated that there are less extreme measures that are just as effective. I'm sitting at around 20% right now, he recommends 15% at the most.
sigh, just want to finally stop with my retarded cuts. been reading a lot but just want some confirmation. always back out of my cuts cause i feel like i'm going too fast for some reason, want this cut to be perfect- New Jersey Crew (732) -

Cutting 101:
Start cut with 1-.1.5lb fat loss a week if above 10%
Reduce cut to 0.5-1lb as you get leaner
Taper back to maintenance when cut is done
Refeed day of carbs and low fats, every week once below 10%
1g Protein / bw
0.35-0.45g Fats / bw
rest of calories from carbs
10g of fiber per 1,500 calories
